Winging Away

I realized that it isn’t obvious I’m away for the summer.  Husband and I have taken all the squids to France/Italy, returning in September.  We spent five days in Paris, moved on to Normandy and have just arrived for an extended stay at my brother-in-law’s house in Noyers-sur-Serein.  After, we’re off to see the rellies in Emilia-Romagna, finishing up in Rome.

It’s a challenge to fit in the writing between the doing.  And me being me, I will always choose action.  So my postings will be erratic:  a drought interrupted by a deluge and entirely non-linear.  They are meant to be a peep show of shelter and community outside my regular existence and not the usual travelogue.

I hope you’ll pop by often for some armchair travelling.
